Wismer Offers Health Coaching at Two Locations

Certified Health Coach Lauren Wismer is now offering one-on-one private wellness and health coaching sessions at two locations on the North Shore: Lakefront Chiropractic Center, in Glencoe, (847-835-4700); and Heartwood Center for Body Mind Spirit, in Evanston (847-414-9262).

Wismer received training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has a strong background in natural nutrition as a means for changing, transforming and healing lives. She also serves as a trained and certified Stephen minister (StephenMinistries.org), which assists her in providing support to individuals experiencing difficult life issues.

She offers clients step-by-step, easily integrated food and lifestyle choices, working to help them to create a healthier and happier life, reduce stress, have more energy and reach their health goals. Wismer specializes in weight loss and women that struggle with stress and are looking for balance and ways to shop and cook healthier meals for their families.
