Purple Sprout Cafe and Juice Bar co-founders Karim Raimbekov and Irina Kuznetsova will present a Mental Health & Nutrition Seminar featuring Premier Pro Wrestling world champion Ron Petoskey at 6:30 p.m., August 6, at the Illinois Beach Hotel and Fitness Center. There will also be a healthy dessert demo with samples of raw, vegan vanilla cheesecake and chocolate, as shown on the ABC Morning Show.
Petoskey once suffered from anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder and addictions, but has become a certified personal trainer and a life coach helping many people. He will talk about how proper nutrition can help overcome mental ailments.
Purple Sprout is a school of health that teaches about the benefits of organic, plant-based nutrition, provides nutritional/ayurvedic consultations and healing/detox meal plans, and has a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
