Kulesza Accepting New Clients for Counseling

Robin Kulesza, MA, LCPC, of RK Therapy Solutions, in Schaumburg, is accepting new clients, including children, teens and adults. She states, “Sometimes we have experiences or fears that seem to hold us back from reaching our true potential. Childhood events, family changes, traumatic experiences or fear of the unknown can keep us stuck in a place that’s difficult to bypass.”

She uses many exciting modalities such as mindfulness training, relaxation techniques, guided imagery, music and art which can enhance the experience of counseling and offer new ways of healing, in addition to traditional talk therapy.
