Yoga Teacher Training Begins in January

A 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, The Illuminated Soul, is currently enrolling for the 2016 season at Heaven Meets Earth Yoga Studio, in Evanston. The teacher training is held on Mondays from 9 to 3 p.m. starting January 11 and continuing through June 6. Additional requirements include attendance at the studio’s Wisdom Weekends which are held one weekend per month. Heaven Meets Earth Yoga Studio is an accredited yoga school with Yoga Alliance.  

This course offers the process for personal growth, as well as the opportunity to become a certified yoga teacher. Dive deep into yoga practice, lifestyle and philosophy through asana, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, physiology, chakras, nadis, meridians, yoga sutra study and nutrition with additional emphasis on yoga for recovery, trauma and yoga therapeutics and yoga therapy.
