Free Massage Day at ARC Physical Therapy

ARC Physical Therapy is offering a free 10-minute chair massage in downtown Elmhurst from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., December 15, to ease holiday stress.

      ARC offers services for pain management, including the gentle yet effective treatment technique called Fascial Counterstrain. All ARC therapists are specially trained in this new technique, which rapidly decreases pain, inflammation and muscle spasms.
