Good Food EXPO Coming in March

The 14th annual FamilyFarmed Good Food EXPO will be held March 24 at the Chicago UIC Forum to celebrate good food—local, sustainable, humane and fair. The EXPO brings together consumers, producers, top chefs and experts to celebrate the fast-growing Good Food movement.

Good Food For Thought discussion topics include Good Food Is Good Medicine, reducing food waste and more. Visitors can shop for local foods and related products at the Good Food Marketplace; learn from celebrity chef demonstrations; participate in DIY workshops on the Organic Valley Good Food Commons; introduce kids to Good Food at the Purple Asparagus Kids’ Corner; get lunch at the Good Food Court; learn at informative talks and workshops; and much more.

 

Admission is free, but preregistration is required at GoodFoodEXPO.org. Location: 725 W. Roosevelt Rd., Chicago.
