Experts to Give Garden Tips at Chicago Flower & Garden Show

Get quick and easy garden tips and learn how to solve virtually any plant challenge during the popular seminar series at the Chicago Flower & Garden Show, March 15 through 23, at Navy Pier, in Chicago.

Dozens of industry experts will share their successes and challenges so visitors can apply their lessons to their own city lot, balcony or suburban backyard. Seminar topics include choosing and planting blooms to enhance landscaping; starting and expanding edible gardens; beginning an organic garden; small-space design; and more.

In addition to the daily seminars, the How-To Garden includes a stage and several mini-classrooms that will feature live gardening demonstrations and present tips on shrub pruning, dividing perennials, lawn care and container gardening. More than 150 educational workshops and seminars are free with admission.
