William Meader: Death is the Greatest Adventure Of All

William Meader

The Association for Research and Enlightenment (ARE) presents Death: The Great Adventure: An Interlude between Activities, with William Meader, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., February 14, and 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., February 15, at The Edgar Cayce Holistic Center at Unity Northwest Church, in Des Plaines.

Death is an unavoidable aspect of human existence, although mystery and fear often surround it. From the perspective of the soul, death is not an ending, but a beginning, and is experienced as a stupendous act of liberation from the imprisonment of form.

Topics include karma and the blessings of reincarnation; the death experience and the bliss of devachan; exploring the “presence” that assists in the transition at death; the “second death”, which inevitably follows one’s physical passing; and methods of living in preparation for death.

Admission is $90 for both days ($75 for ARE members), $30 ($25 for members) for Fri. and $75 ($65 for members) for Sat. Location: 259 E. Central Rd. Call 847-299-6536 to register.
