Workshop Helps Sufferers of Brain Trauma and Injury

Paige Ritchie

Paige Ritchie Coaching will offer a three-month tele-workshop—Positively My Best—for brain injury and stroke survivors that are ready to gain an edge anew on life, personally or professionally, while living with the effects of brain injuries (such as traumatic brain injury, concussion, transient ischemic attack and stroke). Six sessions will be offered from noon to 1 p.m., every other Thursday, beginning January 27.

The course provides an empowering and supportive place to imagine possibilities and set a path toward actively embracing them with confidence while overcoming the obstacles of injuries. Participants will learn to approach their next steps from a strengths-based approach and develop the courage to embrace their highest possibilities and start actively reaching their goals.

Ritchie is a board-certified life coach and a licensed speech pathologist. For more than 10 years, she has been a mentor and advocate to women and men embracing the possibilities of their life. Through the principles of positive psychology and evidenced-based approaches, Ritchie helps individuals find the courage and confidence to clarify ambitions and accelerate personal growth.

Cost is $200 (individual coaching is available). For more information and registration, call 703-798-6638 or email [email protected].
