Cuddle Up to This New Healing Service

Brian Peterson

Lake Forest resident Brian Peterson is a massage therapist and yoga practitioner who has been trained to be a certified professional cuddlist with special techniques and a code of professional conduct by the staff at Cuddlist (Cuddlist.com). He is offering his services throughout the Chicagoland area for cuddling sessions that involve non-sexual touch wearing comfortable clothing. Each session is customized to the client’s needs and could include conversation, reading, music or quiet introspection.

Personal boundaries and confidentiality are respected at all times. Peterson says that cuddling helps people to relax, reduces stress and anxiety, nourishes their soul and may help them to get in touch with their higher selves.

Professional cuddling is a new form of coaching and communication designed to help people improve their emotional and physical health through non-sexual human touch and communication. Some people feel that something is missing in their lives and experience sadness, emptiness and even depression, due in part to being alone or disconnected from others.
