Bach flower remedies are floral infusions that help balance emotions, from feeling out of kilter and overwhelmed to fear and lack of confidence. First developed by Dr. Edward Bach, an English physician and bacteriologist, in 1928 as a simple self-help method for well-being, the system is safe and affordable.

Teaching about flower remedies for more than two decades, Bennington, owner of Awakening Hearts, LLC, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is a Bach Foundation-registered practitioner and international education program instructor who offers courses, consultations and presentations. This course is also the first step for those that wish to become a Bach Foundation-registered practitioner.
