Introduction to Zero Balancing

An Introduction to Zero Balancing will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., June 7, at the Zero Balancing Wellness Center (ZBWC), in Wilmette. Zero Balancing (ZB) is gentle, therapeutic bodywork for stress reduction, wellness support and pain management.

Taught by Mary H. Murphy, owner of  ZBWC, and fellow Zero Balancing faculty member Diane Tader, this one-day class enables practitioners to try out ZB and is also an excellent opportunity for parents or anyone else to learn the principles of ZB and simple fulcrums designed to relieve stress in their friends, partners or children.

Zero Balancing Wellness Center offers ZB sessions as well as an ongoing wellness programs designed to support healthy balance of mind, body and spirit.
