Discover the Art of Feminine Presence

Sarah Karnes

Sarah Karnes, a life coach and facilitator with The Way of the Heart, shares practical tools to strengthen women’s confidence, voice and personal power. Women tend to take great care of those around them, yet overlook the self-care they need, which creates a disconnect from their personal empowerment and feminine essence, that can lead to anxiety, blocked intuition and leadership challenges. The Art of Feminine Presence circles give foundational support and the kind of community they need to become empowered, radiant agents of change. Introductory sessions will be held from 7 to 9 p.m., June 8 and July 6. (Meetup.com/spiritual-nourishment-chicagoland).

Other upcoming events include Life Mission Exploration from 2 to 4 p.m., June 4, a creative space for introspection and self-discovery. Attendees will recognize their life mission cues. (Meetup.com/inner-balance-meditation). Your Self as Your Friend, a refreshing and restorative evening, provides guidance and simple centering practices to embrace more self-love from 7 to 8:30 p.m., June 15. (Meetup.com/inner-balance-meditation).

Cost: donation. Location: Inner Balance, 350 Pfingsten Rd., Ste. 107, Northbrook. To RSVP (required), call 262-745-8362, email SarahKarnes@me.com or visit SpiritualNourishment.org.
