Elegant Home Tour for Charity




Showcasing some of the exquisite homes and gardens in Southwest Michigan’s Harbor Country, the annual Heartland Alliance Home & Garden Tour will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EDT), June 10, in Lakeside, Michigan. All proceeds from the event will support the continuing work of Heartland Alliance to advance human rights and respond to human needs of vulnerable populations.

      Just an hour from downtown Chicago, properties on the tour vary in style and are chosen based on each home’s unique design and décor created by outstanding interior designers, architects and horticultural enthusiasts. Among the highlights of the tour will be a Tigerman McCurry home, designed by acclaimed architects known for their architectural tradition of innovative design and construction.

      Heartland Alliance, one of the world’s leading anti-poverty organizations, works in communities in the U.S. and abroad to serve those that are homeless, living in poverty or seeking safety.
