A workshop, Meditation and Optimal Health, from 1 to 3 p.m., March 24, at Unitarian Universalist Church in Naperville, allows participants to interact with educational and career health professionals Catherine Morris, RN, and reflexologist and food consultant, Bimla Kecht. They will explain why spirituality is the foundation of physical, mental and emotional health. They will also provide tips on nutrition, and conscious living techniques. A light vegetarian snack will be served.

Science of Spirituality is a worldwide spiritual organization dedicated to transforming lives through meditation. As an NGO of the United Nations, Science of Spirituality is known for teaching meditation to achieve inner and outer peace. They sponsor the annual Veggie Fest in Naperville, the largest free vegetarian food and wellness festival in North America.
