Annual Infinity Foundation Gala Honors Author Alberto Villoldo

The Infinity Foundation celebrates its 17th year with a major fundraiser—the annual birthday gala—on May 9, in Highland Park. Alberto Villoldo, author of more than 10 books, including Shaman, Healer, Sage, plus Mending the Past and Healing the Future, and The Four Insights, will be honored with the Infinity Foundation Spirit Award. The evening includes a practitioner fair, a live and silent auction, an elegant dinner and keynote address by Villoldo.

Villoldo, who has spent the past 30 years investigating the healing practices of the shamans of the Amazon and the Andes, will give a daylong workshop, Illumination: The Shaman’s Way of Healing, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., May 10, to discover exceptional states of health and well-being. For shamans, illumination is not a far-fetched religious notion, but an experience available to all that learn to change the quality of their energy matrix. He offers practical skills to use in professional and personal life.
