Support Evanston Ecology Center at the Green Ball




The Evanston Environmental Association and the city of Evanston will host the third annual Evanston Green Ball from 7 to 10 p.m., May 30, at the Levy Center, in Evanston. This festive, casual evening of food, drinks and live music will help support the programs and operations of the Evanston Ecology Center on its 40th anniversary.

Designers and models wearing eco-fashions made from eye-catching sustainable materials will mingle with guests and local green groups will participate with informational displays.

Guests can enjoy appetizers from more than 12 local restaurants, with beverages provided by Goose Island, Sips on Sherman and Green River. Live music will be provided by the fabulous Gizzae reggae band. A raffle will offer one-of-a-kind prizes.
