Experience a New Kind of Stretch and Release

Seekers and practitioners have the opportunity to explore and experience Present Stretch, a wholly new synthesis of techniques presented by Illuminating Alternatives on May 6, in Evanston. The Present Stretch method encourages deep relief from both emotional and physical stress. The goal is to bring the physical frame into energetic balance, while focusing consciously on the innate being of presence.

“Present Stretch brings the practitioner of awareness and presence together with the seeker of peace,” says Billi I, founder of Illuminating Alternatives, LLC. Through the use of specific techniques, the flow and release of the body’s carried “echoes of past actions” is facilitated.  Billi I will describe and demonstrate these tools and attendees will experience them throughout the day.

Cost is $108 and includes lunch; limited to 18 participants. Location: 1809 Lincoln St., Evanston. Registration required by May 5 at 646-416-0013.
