The Energy Oasis Opens with Classes and More

The new Energy Oasis wellness center, located at 500 E. Higgins Road, in Elk Grove Village, is a place for all things that support the mind, body and spirit. Owner and founder Kara Rojek says, “We have classes, one-on-one sessions and all of the wonderful products we actually use ourselves!”

         Events this month include Intro to Astrology ($35) from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., November 8; Veteran’s Appreciation Day (free energy therapy to veterans on this date) from 12 - 5:00 p.m.; Intro to Using Crystals (free) from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., November 11; an Angel Faire from noon to 5 p.m., November 19, with three practitioners giving readings; Building a Healing Connection with Pets ($35) from 6 to 8:30 p.m., November 21; and a Black Friday Shopping Extravaganza from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., November 24.

         Classes include reiki, Access Bars, Hawaiian healing, astrology, crystal classes, mediumship, classes on angels and more. They also offer individual training in reiki, Access Bars, Akashic Records, crystal layouts, Reiki-reflex, Reiki-ssage and more.

         “In our shop, all of the one-of-a-kind gemstone jewelry is handmade by me, says Rojek. “We also have an assortment of tumbled and raw stones.” The store will be open Black Friday and the entire weekend for shopping.
