Party with Ravinia Neighbors

Ravinia Block Bash, organized by the Ravinia Neighbors Association, is a fun new event, to be held from 12 to 5 p.m., September 10, to encourage people to discover the Ravinia neighborhood, in Highland Park. Local merchants will present sidewalk displays along Roger Williams Avenue, east and west of the Metra Tracks.

Guest can enjoy food, kids’ games, arts and crafts and a bounce house in Brown Park. A raffle is planned, with prizes donated by local merchants, sponsors, individuals and community groups. Participate in a treasure hunt to discover local landmarks and shops that are quintessentially Ravinian; completion earns entry into the raffle.
