Celebrate Yoga Month in Evanston

September is National Yoga Month, and Heaven Meets Earth Yoga is joining with other local studios to present the third annual Evanston Yoga Day, at 8 a.m., September 16, at the beach at Sheridan Road and Clark Street. Celebrate the new moon and fall equinox by joining in an outdoor yoga class. Kristin Andrews, yoga teacher from Niyama Yoga and Shiatsu massage therapist, will be teaching.  

First-time attendees will have the chance to win yoga mats from Lululemon. Participants will also have the chance to win free prizes from local businesses, including Be Present, Heaven Meets Earth, Thai Massage, Moments of Wellness and Yoga Life Coaching.
