Women Business Owners Focus on Success

The Chicago area chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and program partner Crain’s Chicago Small Business Week will host NAWBO Day 2013, focused on women business owners, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., September 30, at the Union League Club, sponsored in part by Natural Awakenings Chicago.

Keynote speaker Col. Jill Morgenthaler (ret.), will discuss overcoming obstacles to differentiating oneself from peers. Syndicated columnist and WGN reporter Ilyse Glink will host a live radio show and interview accomplished women entrepreneurs on the unique strategies they use to achieve success. NAWBO partners will also display and present information from exhibitor booths to more than 250 women business owners and decision makers.
