Maternal Health Talks Offer Global Perspective

In honor of Mother’s Day, the American Refugee Committee (ARCRelief.org) is offering several free presentations about maternal health around the globe. When mothers have access to good health care—including prenatal care, family-planning resources, professional care during childbirth and proper nutrition—they and their children are much more likely to survive and thrive.

These talks are inspired by the book Half the Sky, by Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn. No pre-registration is required.
