Body Mind & Spirit Expo Comes to Skokie

The Body Mind & Spirit Expo will be held in Skokie for the eighth consecutive year, August 20 and 21, at the North Shore Performing Arts Center, bringing to life a positive, healing environment. Retail exhibitors offer everything from natural and holistic health products to spiritual books and enlightened art. Healers at the expo provide treatments ranging from massages and yoga techniques to intuitive readings.

Now in its 23rd year, Body Mind & Spirit Expo has become the largest health and wellness expo in the United States, creating an arena for the public to increase their knowledge of alternative health and metaphysical topics.
