Gain Hope, Confidence at Women’s Divorce Forum

Are you contemplating divorce, currently in the process or recently divorced and would like to learn ways to handle the stress and anxiety that may accompany your divorce?

Nexus Healing Solutions presents The Women’s Empowerment Forum, from 8:45 a.m. to 2 p.m., September 22, at Trinity International University. Through a series of interactive panels and discussions by professionals in the fields of divorce mediation, wellness coaching, substance abuse counseling, presentation coaching, energy healing, human resource consulting, child therapy and nutrition, attendees will learn the tools needed to maintain self-confidence and move forward in their lives.

In a positive and uplifting atmosphere, participants will meet new friends going through similar situations and gain hope from the experiences of others who have made it through this challenging phase. They can expect to leave the day with the knowledge and strength needed to move forward with confidence. In addition, attendees will learn how to live on their own again, without fear, and cope in a healthful way with conflicts, anger and depression.
