Lose Weight with Walsh Natural Health
Walsh Natural Health, in Evanston, will be starting a new weight-loss group for eight Tuesdays, beginning January 15, guided by owner Lynn Bednar, CNC, and Patti Battaglia, a food and nutrition educator. The class consists of an initial detoxification, followed by a sustainable program that addresses all aspects of weight loss, including the use of a quality protein supplement, a low glycemic load Mediterranean diet, stress management techniques, exercise suggestions, emotional support and more.
Walsh recognizes that sustainable weight loss requires effort and that there is no magic pill to help us lose weight. You will learn the keys to healthy eating, find new recipes, experience stress management techniques and learn about other natural means for supporting weight loss.
