Because many children are diagnosed with ADHD, allergies and sensory issues, Kidz N Moms, a holistic family health practice that offers a safe and loving space for families to learn how to better relate to each other and to get healthier, offers free workshops.
Yoga with your Child, on June 15, held at the Northfield Library, teaches families how to do yoga at home to get healthier and connect more deeply.
Family Energy Dynamics, on June 29, at Kidz N Moms, teaches parents ways to understand how their energy affects their children. The workshop presenter and founder of Kidz N Moms, Samana Jasper, says, “The energy in a family is so interconnected. I teach parents to understand how their energy affects their children. We work with the family dynamics and energy. This creates shifts that empower the greatest health and wellness.”
Location: Kidz N Moms, 466 Central Ave., Ste. 23, Northfield; Northfield Public Library, 1785 Orchard Lane. For more information and to RSVP, call 847-999-4885 or visit KidzNMoms.com.
