Balance Chiropractic and Wellness Offers Holistic Events

Balance Chiropractic and Wellness, in Hoffman Estates, focuses on helping patients add more movement to their life and to achieve fulfillment and health through chiropractic and natural healthcare. In addition to her license as a chiropractic physician, founder Dr. Kristen Bobik is also board certified and licensed in acupuncture, and places a heavy focus on nutrition when working with her practice members.

Bobik will present Express Evening Acupuncture from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., September 25. After a brief introductory discussion about acupuncture, participants will enjoy an Acupuncture Tune-Up that promotes stress relief and a great night’s sleep. Cost is $15/person and an RSVP is required.

For those interested in learning more about holistic healthcare methods, Bobik is teaching a Holistic Healthcare continuing education (CE) course, from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursdays, September 5 through October 10, at Harper College. Students will explore and experience the most popular methods of natural, alternative health care.
