Celebrate the Holidays with Abundant Life Spiritual Center

Nov 25, 2015 12:04AM

Abundant Life Spiritual Center, in Deerfield, is offering several ways to celebrate the holidays in community this year. They’ll hold a meditation hour, The ‘I’ of the Holiday Storm, at 9 a.m., December 13. A soulful Christmas story with music will be told from a metaphysical viewpoint at 5 p.m., December 24. A Burning Bowl ceremony at 10 a.m., January 3, 2016, provides an opportunity to release unwanted thoughts and beliefs as we enter the new year.

Founder and Spiritual Director Rev. Carol Saunders states, “Each year, we bring Christmas alive for people in a new and relevant way. We provide an experience of sanctuary and meaning in the midst of the holiday hustle and bustle.”

Abundant Life Spiritual Center is a Unity center in Deerfield for those that consider themselves spiritual, but not religious, offering practical ways to live powerfully, passionately and purposefully.
