Chicago Bike Week 2016 and Commuter Bicycle Challenge

The 25th annual Chicago Bike Week, held from June 10 through 17 at multiple locations around the city, culminates with the Bike to Work Rally June 17 at Daley Plaza, with giveaways, bike-themed entertainment and educational programming, to celebrate a commitment to bicycling. Chicago was named the second-most bike-friendly city in the U.S. by Bicycling magazine.

Commuters can also sign up for the Bike Commuter Challenge from June 10 to 16, to compete against hundreds of other Chicagoland organizations for biking glory and great prizes (see BikeCommuterChallenge.org).

The Two Wheels, One City Ride celebrates Chicago’s diversity. This slow-rolling Chicago special event invites cyclists of all backgrounds to join. A rooftop wrap and dance party will culminate the weeklong events.
