Expert Women’s Medical Care is Conveniently Located in Chicago
Nicole E. Williams, M.D., FACOG, FACS
The Gynecology Institute of Chicago, Ltd., a premier, boutique, private, women’s health practice specializing in menstrual irregularities, hormone balancing and sexual health, has made adjustments during the pandemic to expand their offerings and now offers masked, in-person visits, as well as virtual telehealth visits. They operate at four hospital centers around Chicagoland for advanced surgical procedures, offering convenient and congenial service.
Lead physician Nicole E. Williams, M.D., FACOG, FACS, a board-certified gynecologic surgeon, is one of a handful of minimally invasive gynecologists who perform the highly specialized Acessa procedure for symptomatic uterine fibroids. She founded the Institute with the belief that holistic medicine and advanced technology can work together to create optimal healing.
She says, “Fibroids affect nearly 35 million women in the United States, and we are pleased to offer an environment that promotes healing, on-time appointments and advanced diagnostics right in the office, all paired with alternative techniques such as Chinese acupuncture, massage, herbals and facials/skin care."
New providers recently added to the staff include gynecological surgeon Dr. Pierre Johnson, M.D., FACOG and Allison Holcomb, PA-C. Nurse practitioners Trinity Walls, WHNP and Jessica Dumitriu, WHNP have also joined the practice.
