Expo Offers Solutions to Gluten and other Allergies

The Chicago Gluten & Allergen Free (GFAF) Expo will take place on April 20 and 21, at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel, in Schaumburg. Participants can sample products and services from more than 150 vendors, restaurants, practitioners and nonprofits that meet the needs of the celiac community, those with gluten sensitivities, autoimmune or inflammatory diseases and autism. Athletes and health-conscious attendees will greatly benefit, as well.

“The GFAF Expo is like a giant shopping mall for people with food allergies. One of the biggest complaints is that many of the restricted diet products don’t taste good or that they are so expensive. The GFAF Expo allows everyone to taste the products before they make a purchase,” says GFAF Expo founder and CEO, Jen Cafferty.

Tickets can be purchased at GFAFExpo.com/chicago or at the door.. For more information, call 847-217-1317 or visit gfafExpo.com.
