Free Arthritis Talk at Wellness Center

The Heartland Region of the Arthritis Foundation and Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) will present Pack Your Bags For a Journey into Wellness, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., April 27, with Dr. Lori Siegel, who practices at IBJI and is board certified in rheumatology and internal medicine.

Learn how complementary treatments are integrating with traditional medicine to keep us strong and fit. Siegel will talk about the benefits of acupuncture, massage, Pilates, personal training, yoga and health counseling. A healthy and appetizing gluten- and dairy-free lunch is provided.
