A Young Adult’s Guide to Energy Work

Based on the teachings of Edgar Cayce, “the sleeping prophet,” clairvoyant and teacher Zubin Sherring will host a workshop, Energy Work for Young Adults, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., August 17, at the Edgar Cayce Holistic Center, in Unity Northwest Church.
Designed for teens, Sherring offers training on a variety of straightforward energy work tools that can help young adults from 16 to 20 clarify who they are and gain confidence in “being in their own skin.” They will be able to relate in positive ways to their peers and others as their horizons expand and explore ways to improve and benefit from a better dream life.
Other topics include learning how to ground, what it means to have one’s own space, how to improve concentration and how to handle outside pressure. Participants will be able to engage and embrace their emerging nature using safe and comfortable techniques to take away and use immediately.
