Chicago’s Uncommon Ground, recognized as the country’s greenest restaurant, is hosting one of the permanent solar charging canopies of an Alternative Transportation for Chicagoland (ATC) project for environmentally sustainable infrastructure using renewable energy sources as a natural extension of their commitment to environmentally sustainable practices. The project is also providing the opportunity to encourage and support customers and neighbors in their transportation choices that further reduce their carbon footprint, says Uncommon Ground founder Michael Cameron.

Highland Park’s FreshSkin has recently added Dr. Ryan Lombardo, Katherine Kania, RN, Renata Rivkin, RN and receptionist, Heather Mahr to their staff. In addition, Dr. Josie Tenore, M.D., has become one of only 11 expert physician trainers in the country for Suneva Medical, a privately held medical technology company focused on developing, manufacturing and commercializing aesthetic products for the dermatology, plastic and cosmetic surgery markets. Physicians and their staff come from across the country to be trained by Tenore.
