Workshop to Explore How Digestion, Sleep and Hormones are Interrelated

Amy Andrews and Reneé Barasch

Reneé Barasch, a digestive health specialist, and Amy Andrews, a health detective and functional hormone specialist, are presenting a transformative workshop at 7 p.m., August 20, in Wheeling, to help people with the top five health complaints: digestion, depression, weight management, fatigue and hormone imbalance. Guests will learn three strategies to regaining their ideal energy, sleep, digestion and hormone balance.

Barasch, the “Tummy Whisperer” and owner of Nutritional Health Solutions, is extensively trained in digestive issues and offers solutions to resolve symptoms. Andrews, the “Hormone Whisperer” and owner of Feel Good Again Health, reveals hidden stress with functional lab tests and helps people feel good again. Barasch and Andrews have joined forces to help people connect the dots about how digestion affects hormones and help resolve symptoms for good.

Cost is $15. Location: 1040 S. Milwaukee Ave., Wheeling. For reservations (required), call 847-207-2034. For more information, visit DigestiveHealthSolutions.com and FeelGoodAgainHealth.com.
