Discover the 2013 Body Mind Spirit Expo

Body Mind Spirit Expo, sponsored by in part by Natural Awakenings, will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., March 2 and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., March 3 at the Midwest Conference Center, in Northlake. The event is dedicated to helping people discover the radiant life that surrounds us every moment, with the finest presentations, exhibitors and entertainment; each one intentioned to help participants grow personally and to show that when we believe, everything is possible.

Amid a collection of 100 exhibitors offering the latest findings in natural health, personal growth and metaphysics, attendees may receive a healing or soothing massage, try the latest new products and learn fascinating new avenues

More than 70 presenters and authors include keynote speaker Gail Thackray, who will give two free presentations. First, in a session on spiritual journeys, she will talk about her work with the Brazilian healer John of God. Then Thackray will share powerful insights on how we can communicate with our pets.

A hands-on presentation from George Cox addresses aromatherapy for wellness. Author and transformational artist Barbara Evans will describe simple and practical approaches to raising our personal frequency. Dr. Ravi Ratan will share new techniques for cleansing emotional blockages. For crystal lovers, Sandy Wilcox will illustrate how stone beings can enhance and focus the energy of the universe to manifest our ideas. Leslie Fonteyne will share her techniques for achieving abundance now, providing practical, easy steps to creating a better life today.
