Architectural Firm Wins Gold Awards

Northbrook’s Full Circle Architects, specializing in sustainable residential and commercial architectural and interior design, recently received two Gold Key Awards from The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago. The firm took top honors for “Outstanding Architectural Design” and “Outstanding Design in New Construction,” both in the “Homes over 6,500 Square Feet” category.

“Key Awards recognize excellence in housing design, architecture, interior merchandising, remodeling and landscaping,” said Rita Unzner, Director for The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago. “The judges agreed that [Full Circle] deserved to be recognized for a number of reasons. These included creating a house that could accommodate the social lifestyles of its family of five while keeping graceful proportions, to designing custom kitchen furniture that used trees cleared from the lot on which the house stands.” The award-winning home is located in Bannockburn.
