Free Acupuncture Treatments at Acupuncture Access

To ring in the New Year, Acupuncture Access is offering a free winter tune-up, from 12 to 4 p.m., January 15, for new clients, so they can leave feeling a little lighter and more optimistic about the future.

Guests are advised to eat something nutritious before coming and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Plan to relax with friends and neighbors for 30 to 45 minutes in the quiet, healing sanctuary that is Acupuncture Access, while the needles do their magic. First-come, first-served, no reservations are necessary.

There will also be a silent raffle for a 60-minute deep tissue massage. Just bring a business card and a $5 check or cash donation to enter, because 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to Open Heart Magic, a Chicago nonprofit that offers the gift of one-on-one bedside magic shows to hospitalized children.
