Awaken Your Spirit Body & Energy Work provides the holistic means to nurture individual self-healing properties through massage therapy. Owner and therapist Marta Zielinska understands that each individual’s body responds uniquely to treatment, and offers a variety of therapies, in addition to energy work, to customize the experience to each client’s need.

She works to restore clients’ abilities to acquire maximum physical health and well-being by utilizing modalities that include Swedish and deep tissue massage, pregnancy and postpartum massage, acupressure, reflexology and Reiki energy work. Her objective is to gently guide clients toward an existence free of pain and discomfort, with a body that is emotionally and physically balanced.

Zielinska entered the field of massage therapy in 2003, after graduating from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy Cortiva Institute. Over the course of nine years in practice, she has developed a propensity for treating each client individually.
