Volunteers Needed to Bring Faiths Together with Poetry Pals

Nonprofit Poetry Pals is a creativity program that brings together young people 8 to 12 years old from diverse faith communities. Muslim, Jewish and Catholic fourth-graders will meet for a special tri-faith program on January 15 and February 12, with observers and volunteers welcome.

Now in its sixth school year of groundbreaking programs, Poetry Pals has built bridges and relationships for more than 1,700 elementary school children and their families through poetry, dialogue, rhythm and song, in order to foster understanding, cooperation and peace in a multicultural and multi-faith society.

Potential volunteers should email Adam@PoetryPals.org. For locations, visit PoetryPals.org.
