Custom Healthy Meals Made to Order at Onion Garden




Onion Garden Chef Tim Carden is offering wholesome, custom meal prep options that can help with achieving healthy eating goals throughout the new year. Options can be tailored to fit most diet restrictions, food sensitivities and allergies, including gluten-free, dairy-free, no-lactose, vegetarian and vegan.

       Carden says, “Our meals are focused on nutrition, personalization and satiation. They are great for on-the-go families and individuals looking for quick, wholesome home-cooked meals, ready to go.” Clients can make an appointment to discuss their personal needs and dietary goals, and develop a meal plan for 2019.

       Onion Garden specializes in wholesome food production using organic locally sourced ingredients, grass-fed beef and sustainably sourced fish. Customized meals average $10 to $15. Options include biweekly meal pickup or delivery (fees apply), and foods are served in glass dishes for easy heating and eating.

       Carden is a professional chef with a background in catering and nutrition. He also offers fresh-from-scratch healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner options for dine-in, takeout and delivery via many app-driven meal delivery services.
