Online Fitness Coaching an Option for Busy Schedules

Rowena Dziubla, “Coach Ro”

Rowena “Coach Ro” Dziubla, owner of WODeration LLC, is an online health and fitness coach who offers flexible nutrition and functional fitness coaching through her customized 12-week program. Virtual coaching is the alternative to a coach at a gym; perfect for busy lifestyles, it allows clients to be located anywhere and still benefit from one-on-one coaching.

The program starts with a discovery call to discuss lifestyle and goals. Also included are a customized nutrition plan based on goals for weight loss, muscle gain or performance; tailored workouts based on access to equipment at home, a local gym or while traveling; video demos for prescribed movements and workouts; and 24/7 access to Coach Ro on a mobile-friendly platform.

The program also includes private messaging, weekly progress tracking with photos/metrics and coaching calls, including video conferencing. Clients are eligible for discounted monthly membership rates after the 12-week program.

Ro says, “This program will help support you with redesigning your daily routine to create a lifestyle that gets you to your goals. Whether you are here for weight loss, to tone up, make a diet change or take your athletic performance to the next level—I will get you there. Online means everything is done on your schedule.”
