Breaking Down Walls of Division for Peace and Peace of Mind

Heartland Meditation is collaborating with the Cook Library, in Vernon Hills, to provide guided meditation from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. every Friday through August 25. The theme of the July 28 session is Breaking Down Walls, Improving Relationships through Meditation, in observance of the International Day of Friendship on July 30.

Stressful personal and work life filled with strained relationships is detrimental to one’s emotional health. This is why it is important to implement natural, healthy solutions. Heartland Meditation would like to contribute to the international community’s efforts in promoting friendship and inspiring understanding to cultivate peace and a comfortable mind for all. With meditation, people’s relationships and lives can be greatly improved.
