Improve Vision Naturally and Enjoy Life More

Mimi Shekoski, Ph.D., a certified natural vision improvement teacher and holistic natural health doctor, is the owner of Happy Eyesight Studio, in Crystal Lake, offering holistic natural vision improvement coaching services to people of all ages. She will conduct four weekly classes for better vision from 7 to 9 p.m., July 11, 18 and 25, and August 1, at Infinity Foundation, in Highland Park.

      The classes can benefit people with vision conditions that include middle-age sight with reading problems, nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, cataracts and glaucoma.

      Participants will learn the renowned Bates Method, fusion and mind-training techniques for lifelong good vision and healthy eyes. Many people improve their eyesight naturally using these simple, yet very effective techniques, often in a short period of time.
