Reflex-OIL-ogy Founder Laurie Azzarella, LMT, CRR, will present Reflex-OIL-ogy of the Endocrine System, a workshop from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., July 28, at the Spine & Sports Family Chiropractic Center, in Oswego. This workshop will teach you about the body’s glands and how to locate, assess and apply techniques to the reflex areas on the hands and feet using essential oils, energy centers and emotional pathways to harmonize and balance hormones.

       Hormones effect all aspects of health, including digestion, sleep, weight, muscle, skin and bone health, sexual function and more. Azzarella will show participants how to evaluate and balance their glandular functions.
