Hemp and Cannabis Industry Expo

Entourage Clinical Services, one of the first integrated, cannabis-friendly healthcare practices in Illinois, is presenting its inaugural Herbal Health & Science Expo from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., June 10, at Pheasant Run Resort, in St. Charles.

Open to both consumers and practitioners, the Expo will feature guest speakers, more than 25 vendors, medical cannabis information and more, while showcasing the latest plant-based products, resources, education and initiatives in an inclusive environment that nurtures involvement with health and science.

Asha Oroskar, Ph.D., president and CEO of Orochem Technologies, Inc., will present a technical workshop on cannabidiol.

“The health and wellness industries are booming, yet there is a lack of reliable resources for fact-based information,” says Kalee Hooghkirk,
director of education, Entourage Clinical Services, citing Global Wellness Institute estimates that the worldwide wellness industry grew by 10.6 percent to $3.72 trillion between 2013 and 2015 and continues to show increases. “The Herbal Health & Science Expo is one of the first in Illinois to connect the wellness, hemp and cannabis industries and is designed to be the central information hub for consumers and practitioners – a place where valuable experts and resources assemble in one place.”

Location: 4051 E. Main St. For more information about the Expo or Entourage Clinical Services, call 847-406-0789 or visit EntourageClinicalServices.com.
