Toothbrush Sanitation is Job One

Every time we flush the commode, soiled water roils in the bowl and possibly into the air, to settle on everything in the bathroom, including an exposed toothbrush. If the toothbrush isn’t properly stored or sanitized, it may be contaminated with bacteria.

To remedy this, place a cap over toothbrush bristles and store it in a covered place. Or for more protection, purchase a UV sanitizer either online or locally. With this little gadget (many varieties are available), we can keep our toothbrush stored safely during the day and sanitized during the night. Sanitizing should be conducted at least once a week.
