Pranic Healing Expert to Visit Chicago

Master Stephen Co will share Pranic Healing in the Chicago area with a series of free introductory workshops geared toward learning and experiencing practical techniques for a wide variety of benefits. The world-renowned healer, bestselling author and energy expert will present a talk, Healthy Body and Sharp Mind with Pranic Healing and SuperBrain Yoga, at 7:30 p.m., March 24, at Yoga Now Chicago; Discovering the Healing Secrets of the Lord’s Prayer, at 7 p.m., March 25 at Unity of Chicago; and Experience the Healing Powers of the “I AM” Essence in You, at 7 p.m., March 26, at Unity of Naperville.

Co will discuss how energy, or prana, can enhance health, prosperity and spiritual development; clarify common assumptions and misconceptions about the energy body (aura) and chakras; and provide simple and effective tips for how to immediately put key learning to use in daily life. He’ll also demonstrate a healing session and guide the groups in powerful energy-generating exercises and meditation, all meant to improve health and overall well-being.
