He says that energy centers (chakras) within our bodies may become blocked or depleted by excess stress, illness or emotional upset. “Chakra balancing using crystals and the Akashic Records realigns the recipient’s energy centers to a more symmetrical state,” says Riddle. “Chakra alignment is important because our health and vitality are dependent upon the flow of energy within our bodies. Crystals with energy work can be used as a way to enhance this balancing.”

During a session, crystals are placed on or near the seven major energy areas. Akashic Energywork work uses the client’s Akashic Records and Reiki to help the reestablish the energetic connections. This technique allows Riddle to be able to tune in directly to the energy flow of the client.
